Excellent modern and good standard hotel with patient staff at reception desk, truly enjoyed our staying. The property's location was very central, to the Airport express train station. It was also close to Norway, Causeway Bay and Wanchai stations and “ Wan Chai Stn ”.

The room is updated and cheap. the breakfast is nice, hot, and plentiful. - the location is favorable, close enough to bars, shopping centers, night markets, and supermarkets nearby.

The venue exceeded high expectations, and I would 100% recommend it. the hotel was clean, with excellent and friendly staff. the warm breakfasts were enjoyable, and the premier room was functional. the service provided was attentive.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with regularly stocked toiletries and well-maintained rooms. The hotel facilities were a standout, with a stylish and beautifully decorated lobby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything we wanted to do in the city, including the downtown Times Square area and easy access to the subway.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. I really appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff, especially Joe Wong who went out of his way to assist me. The shuttle bus provided convenient transportation to the MTR station, which was perfect for exploring the city with my kids. I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Had a great stay at the Dorsett in Wanchai. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a complimentary room upgrade with a view of Happy Valley racecourse. We also enjoyed the free minibar and the hotel's eco room service option. The shuttle buses made getting around Hong Kong Island easy, and the hotel smartphone was a helpful navigation tool. The staff's excellent English and thoughtful travel guide were much appreciated. We especially loved the restaurant recommendations, like Kam's Roast Goose.

The value for my money at this hotel was great, with comfortable beds, clean linen, and stylish design. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
